I have volunteered myself to be a trainee in INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON NONVIOLENCE going to be held in June 2011. The organisers of the Seminar have been kind to provide part of the expenditure to me as I was not able to spend all the money. I am greatful to them. My basic interest is to learm more about the ideas of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his approach to practice Nonviolence in solving social probelems at the global level. In today's World we have been witnessing
unrest and…

Gandhi on the AIR!
It was way back in 2004 when I was writing a series of articles on Gandhian principles in the regional language Tamil and sending them to All India Radio (AIR), Chennai to air a speech on them. After few weeks of sending papers on four or five different issues, I received a letter from AIR stating that they would require me to give a small speech on Subramania Shiva, one of the well known freedom fighter from my state (Tamilnadu, India) and it…

In this world where the science and technology has taken over the upper hand, we usually forget the Reality and just live with the outwardly happenings around the physical- world, thinking that this is all that is taking place and there is nothing else which suppose to be beyond the scene of the two eyes. This preseption of the world is misleading and therefore creates confusion in the minds of the people. We forget that it is a temporary phenomenon and not going to stay for ever. What is…

In the previous Blog, I tried to explain the elementry sum of Addition, means the ABC of Yoga. How the physical-body Energy can be converted into mental Energy, is beautifully explained in the Sharirsthan of Charak Sahimta. There is a symposium going on between the Acharyas and the scholars of Ayurveda. The theme of the research is how the human body functions both internally and externally. How the process of Energy moves from inside the body to outside the outwardely universe and again…

I really enjoyed reading your blog and I'm with you totally. We won't get anywhere if we don't go within and find our inner guidance/tuition. Following outside leaders leads to more of the same suffering and is essentially giving ones power away.
Thank you for the affirmation that I'm doing what I need to do for myself in order to grow. Silence is my friend as in that silence my guidance has space to give me what I need to know.
May your path be smooth and abundantly filled…

As I have told in the last Blog, I will now first write the Elementary Inner Maths, the Addition, in Sanskrit langguage it is called Yoga. Every student of elementary Maths. has to learn this sum of addition after learning how to read and write Numbers, one to hundred. In simple Maths Addition means how to add two numbers like one pluse one is equal to two. In the Inner-self Maths it is the formula that teaches us how to use your mind-power with the body-power, (p+m),(p+m2) and it goes on…

Learning is always good for self-growing. Apart from formal education which has been ever flourishing in present- world and we all have been enrihed immensly; we are yet in dire need of non-formal self-education. One such Subject is Inner-Self-Mathematics to which in Sanskrit langguage is called Sankhya, the science of Numerations. The begining of this Subject is called Adition, which in Sanskrit langguage is known Yoga. So, Sankhya and Yoga look like two Subjects but basically it is one.…

It was six in the evening when our plane landed at Milan Airport. When the Wheelchair-Lady droped me outside in front of the Arrival Area, an anxious-worried youngman approached me fearstriken-telling, I am here in Italy for the first time, have you come from Pakistan? By seeing my white beared he innocently asked me are are you a Musalman? I smiled and told him I am a human being first and I have come from Delhi. Please tell me your problem, I may be able to help you as my visits here are…

On March 13, 2011 I had gone to deliver a keynote address at the UGC sponsored national seminar on Nehru and Socialism organized by the DAV [PG] College for Women [affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Haryana]. As excepted it was attended by several professors and scholars. Most of them examined the theme of seminar critically, while some of them discussed the subject in the current perspectives. Thus, to a large extent, they catered towards fulfilling the genuine purpose of…
