About me / us
Garden variety housewife who is currently in South Africa for another year. I moved to SA after 19 years in Washington DC and felt a reconnection to that great soul the Mahatma. I am guilty of leaving him behind in my school history books. When I looked a the people of SA and connected with our collecive histories I decided there are many more like me in my hometown of Hyderabad. I wanted to optimize on this experience of mine by reminding the people of my hometown that participatory politics is key to the success of a democracy.
