The Daheshist Publishing Company, LTD

It is an American Publishing Company dedicated to publishing distinctive works in areas related to culture, philosophy, literature, history, and art, etc. It is one of the few Publishing Companies in the U.S. that publish Works in the Arabic language. Its fine graph logically realized editions score high marks of excellence that one does not usually find even in the best publications in the Arab world.
The Daheshist Publishing Co. has set as its top priority at present the publication of both Dr. Dahesh’s works--more than one hundred volumes--and their translated versions in many world languages.
Some of these books that appeared in elegant fine editions, rich with artistic paintings are Memoirs of a Dinar (In Arabic, French, Spanish, and German), Memoirs of Jesus of Nazareth (In Arabic and English), Song of Songs (In Arabic, English, and French), and The Daheshist Travels Around the Globe ( a series of twenty-two volumes in Arabic)Winged Imagination (in Arabic & French) Strange Stories & Wonderful Tales (In Arabic & German) . Also it published the French book, Zeina Fairy Tales or Voyage to the Unknown, by the Lebanese author Zeina Haddad.
Some of the activities of the Daheshist Publishing Co. include:

1. Participating in American and International book fair exhibitions in New York, Chicago, Frankfurt (Germany), Tokoyo (Japan), Cairo (Egypt) and Beirut (Lebanon) where it received a first prize for the best finely published book of the year).
2. Publishing a quarterly cultural magazine Dahesh Voice in Arabic and English. Its first issue came out in 1995, producing so far a total of 27 issues. It is fair to say that Dahesh Voice is unmatched in terms of high quality and excellence by any other Arabic magazine published in the U.S. The Daheshist Publishing Co. has a future plan to convert Dahesh Voice into a monthly; but the success of this plan depends chiefly on an increase in the number subscriptions and readers.
3. Founding a bookstore Dahesh Heritage Fine Books, for the purpose of selling and distributing the publications of the Daheshist Publishing Co & others.
