Facebook Germany attacked! – Living with differences

Whom to blame? Were Germans inadvertently overwhelmed by the controversial comments in German Facebook page? Or, Facebook management incorrect in resisting the plea for removal of those anti-foreigner postings?

At the time of growing influx of refugees in Germany, natives show their reluctance of acceptance and a sign of hatred to foreigners entering their land. But, violence is not the only answer to Germans in…

India needs a welfare economist, not development economists!

Even as India continue to progress with its development plans and projects for over a decade, people of India are still not gratified with the government efforts to lift its economy and put the nation on to the forefront of the global economy map. With nation facing severe climatic conditions and un-predictable business environment, price-rise has been a prominent issue that has a measurable impact on growing economy.…

What terror means to the world?

This question might sound weird and stupidous to many peace-makers and peace-lovers who strive tirelessly to serve for the betterment of the world peace. Does terror has any message to the world? Does terror make changes or change any makeovers in the world upon which day-to-day life running? Actually, there is nothing to learn out of terror attacks which kill hundreds of people causing trouble and havoc in a country’s internal peace and international… Continue

AUM.

Thanks indeed Shri Balamurali Balaji on my article on Marital Rape. You have taken pains to go into the problem in depth.

The Law in Bharat does not recognise marital rape. Our Vedic Dharm speaks volumes on Vedic Dharm bu there is not a word on marital rape.

Frankly speaking, it is a concept of the West where Women's Lib movement , inter alia, created a chasm between the husband and wife. We must encourage them to live together and NOT end up as single parent.

Sasneh,

Brigadier(Retd) Chitranjan Sawant,VSM

For N. Ashok Kumar

I agree India and China has taken different routes.  For first 65 years if independence, India adopted the Western socialist/ communist ideas, tried to destroy the ancient Indian culture and so did China.  Morals and ethics were ignored by the leaders in both countries for material prosperity.  In China it it is estimated that around 70 million Chinese died as a result of government policies.  British were very good at controlling media and school text books to show that they were very honest and benevolent rulers.  The truth was far from it.  British educated believed everything they read in text books and came to hate everything Indian - morals, ethics, scriptures, leaders, etc.

Thank you, Balamurali, for your support & review of the book.

Hope someone, somewhere will initiate a non-violent civil disobedience for a good cause for the benefit of common men.
