Dear Babu Lal Sharma,
What a wonderful and mooving surprise to receive your few lines and news on the Global Gandhi Forum. In fact violence becomes a means for political demands, social insatisfaction and frustration, visibility, and legitimation of causes that are not always legitimate. In Latin American urban violence hits hard on jouth, mainly men between 16 and 25 years of age. They are the ones that most kill and die, greatly due to drugs and social inequality, which jeopardizes the future of the less privileged youth.
We are prepareing our 28th Gandhi Week. As always, it starts on October 2.
I look forward to your suggestions, and send you my warmest regards,

Babu Lal my name is Garvin and I am returning to Assam for Walks in name of Mahatma Gandhi. I will be there for 6 weeks. My friend Uttam Teron of Parijat Academy is organizing the Walks in all Assam and the Seven Sister States. We will be also Walking in April in Delhi. Gandhi's message to an English Missionary is my focus."WE must step down frrom our pedestals and go and live with the POOR and experience their hardships and sorrows.
