You are man from bank so nothing to teach you. Almost in every district of undivided Bihar there exists one decentralized unit. Every district has their specialty. For example in respect of Madhubani it is Muslin, in respect of Bhagalpur it is silk while in respect of Muzzaffarpur it is coarse cloth and honey. Only unit of Gopalgunj is running well. You may not spare time for all but if you target one with your known devoted person around it will be beginning. We may even think of application of modern management with TQM.

Ok...Bihar was once leader in Khadi movement...there was Bihar Khadi & Gramodyog Sangh with HQ in Muzaffarpur led the country. It grew so much that it was decentralized into 37 district level organizations. Today the organizations exist but achievement is part of history. I tried to revive them till I was in service but could not do anything. I retired in the year 2008 and still in touch with them. Can you do something to bring back past glory?
