HOW AND WHERE DID I FIRST LEARN NONVIOLENCE -IN- ACTION IN MY LIFE ?
It was the month of June 1984, and I was at the University town of North California, named Arceta. Its name was Humbold State University. NON-VIOLENCE THE NEED OF THE HOUR
It was the last leg of my trip to the West, in August 2010. The program was in a small village of North Italy. Name of the village is Quarna Sopra. This village is in Velsesia, near Mounte- Rosa.. There are only 286 souls living in this village. Among them is a mistic-poet and devotee of Gandhi. Her name is Mrs Gioiella Brontini. I know her for the last 25 years and have visited this village several times and conducted courses on Yoga, Ayurvedic Panchkarma and of course on Gandhi.

RELEVANCE OF GANDHI & AYURVEDA TODAY
I have just returned from UK after attending one week Gandhi Summer Gathering.It is held in the last week of July. It took place in a small and beautuful town near Cambridge. It is called Lechworth Garden City. The Topic of the GSG was "Gandhi On Welfare & Responsibility". I have started a painting 42 x 4.5 feet in multi colour on canvas in mixed media. It is devided in 11 parts but on one canvas. Depicting all events of Gandhi's life.
My question is should I write names of persons and events on it. If I write it will be in very short. It will not be a film but will be useful to common people all over the world in coming years.Please guide me.

India Redefined draws its inspiration from Gandhian Movement which was a revolution focused on independence. It was also about specific actions like non- cooperation by citizens. We are just trying to apply many Gandhiji's principles’ in this era, in this society and during these times. Maybe in a different flavor! Maybe the context is different! Maybe it’s a different world! But the goal is same! He also wanted India a better place to live in.
Thousands of people have joined this movement across the globe but we have only 37 Chapter co-ordinators till now to take on the responsibility, by rotation in different cities of India.It is voluntary work.
