The grandson of one of the most influential men of all-time spoke Tuesday in Rochester. Arun Gandhi, the grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, spoke at the Carlson MetroCenter Y on Main Street Tuesday evening. During his talk, he spoke about the importance of peace and lessons he learned from his grandfather. News10NBC asked him what was the greatest lesson that his grandfather taught him. He said his grandfather always stressed the importance of utilizing anger correctly. Gandhi said, "We get angry and we lash out and we say things and do things that change the course of our lives. Grandfather told me anger is like electricity, it's just as good if we use it intelligently, but it's just as deadly if we abuse it." Aruns lives in Rochester and continues to spread the message of his grandfather.
